Cost:

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL PRICE: $998* (expires 30.11.21) 

NOT AS EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: $1198* (expires 31.12.21)

STANDARD BIRD PRICE: $1298* (expires 31.1.22)

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER PRICE: $1398* (expires 22.2.22)

        $200 (30mins) $250 (45mins) 

  • Private Reiki Sessions with Marco $50 for 30mins

  • Massage with Marco (Neck and Shoulders) $40 for 20mins\

  • Healing Massage (Balinese with Reiki) with Marco $120 for (60mins)

 

Not Included:

  • Accommodation

  • Credit Card Fees (2.6%). Payment via EFT does not incur a fee.

Payments:

Payment Plans are available however, there are strict due dates for minimum balance payments as shown below:

  • Deposit: $400 due on booking (This is non refundable so please purchase travel insurance to cover yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent travel). 

  • Final Installment: Remaining Balance needs to be paid no later than  31st January 2022. Booking after this date will need to be paid in full.

Payment plans are available, to pay in smaller installments more frequently, however the balance is still required by these dates.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer

  • Credit Card (via Pay Pal) - applicable fees and charges (additional 2.6%). 

Venue:

We will be holding the event at the Sebel Maroochydore which is located at 14-20 Aerodrome Rd, Maroochydore QLD 4558. Parking is available in the hotel carpark (enter via Parker Street) and in Parker (and surrounding) street.

You are also welcome to stay at your own selected accommodation options. There are 113 hotels within a 15minute walking radius of the Sebel. Alexander Headlands and Cotton Tree are close neighbours to this part of Maroochydore. 

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

 

Deposit are non-fundable after 48hrs for change or mind or change of circumstances that may prevent you from coming. Deposits are used to secure bookings at the time of payment. For this reason it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance in instances where circumstances (life changes, financial changes, illness, death etc) change and prevent you from attending or if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control.

Partial Refunds

  • Should you pay in full a partial refund of the balance minus the $400 deposit is possible until 10.12.2021.

  • Should you pay in full a partial refund of 50% of the balance minus the deposit is possible until 28.12.2021 

  • Should you pay in full a partial refund of 25% of the balance minus the deposit is possible until 10.1.2022 

NB: In the event that we are in official covid lock-down, every endeavour will be made to refund your money or transfer credit to a rescheduled event at a later time if third party (Venue and Hotel) refund is not available. In the event that government mandates prevent attendance, please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility or assume costs or issue refunds in these circumstances. As far as the facilitator is concerned this is a discrimination free event, however legally the facilitator may be required to follow legislation. 
 

Transfers

Only in exceptional circumstances will a transfer of money paid to other services or events be issued. Exceptional circumstances would be death, accident or significant injury whilst on route or in the week leading up to the event. Travel insurance is recommended to cover illness, change of circumstances that may prevent you from attending the event. 

If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer or on sell your ticket to someone else. Please note that we CANNOT on sell your ticket on your behalf. 

We have a Zero Abuse Policy

These events are designed to be supporting, safe, nurturing and healing. As such the facilitator and any staff acting on behalf of the facilitator retain the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, unstable or abusive. There will be no refunds issued.

Retreat starting and concluding time:

Registration for the retreat will be between 12noon- 12.20pm on Friday 25th February 2022

The retreat will start at 12.30pm.

The retreat will conclude on Sunday 27th November at approximately 5:30pm.
 

Changes to advertised Itinerary: 

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to weather and/or participant needs. The itinerary is always inspired by spirit and as such is subject to change based on the need of the group.

You will also be added to the closed Facebook group and email list where we can get to know each other better before travelling on this incredible and soulful journey.
