There is are two Rumi quotes that I love, the first is: "You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens" and the second one says "The wound is the place where the light enters you". Life will provide the opportunities to open your heart wide open, so that the light that is within you can shine. 

 

So often in life when spend so much conscious time and effort trying to  prevent our hearts from being wide open, because we fear that is this state of raw vulnerability we will be hurt and taken advantage of or fully seen. But without the openness who we are cannot be shared.

2018 is a big year of massive changes. What had become increasingly evident in my work with people across the world this year is the need to heal the past this year, in order to move on and create something new.

There are so many amazing people out there who have so much to share with the world but the wounds of the past (known and unknown) are keeping them from stepping up and out fully.

 

The most gifted people are often the ones with the most scars and wounds. Fear, insecurity and impaired sense of self are the symptoms of our wounds. We cover these wounds in shame and embarrassment and spend so much subconsciousness time and energy hiding and disowning them, that it steals our creative and intuitive energy to create and manifest.

 

This 4 week online healing program (which you can access live or via playback) will offer you the supportive environment and resources to heal your heart, reclaim a deeper sense of self and allow the light of who you are to shine through.
