Cost:

​

• VIP Early bird for those who have attended before (Prior to 20.10.19) is $1898 twin share per person

• Early Bird (Prior to 31.10.19) is $1995.

• Standard non-early bird price is $2495

• Single occupancy (limited availability) is an additional $450.

• Payment Plans available. Your place is secured on payment of your $1000 deposit

• There are limited spaces available.

• Extra Nights at resort $145 per room

• Additional Massages: (price depends on location of massage - between $30 and $80 per hour)

• Private Readings/Healing Session with Samantha (Strictly limited): $230 60min / $250 75mins

• Silver Smithing Class - $60 with 5grams of silver included - $60 (plus additional silver)

• Full day Ubud Site Seeing Tour ($120 pp or less depending on numbers)

• If the Shaman or intuitive healer that Samantha works with in Bali is available at the time of retreat, then there may be limited options to book in to see him. This is a day trip to his village and then a process of waiting for the opportunity to have a session with them. Please note that he does not speak English and the translation is often very difficult. The healing that occurs can be felt and received easily. There will be a limit of 3 people able to do this due to transportation restrictions and time.

Payments:

​

Payment Plans are available, however, there are strict due dates for minimum balance payments as shown below:

​

• Deposit: $1000 due on booking (This is non refundable so please purchase travel insurance to cover yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent travel)

• Final Installment: Remaining Balance needs to be paid no later than  31st December 2019.

​

Payment plans are available, to pay in smaller installments more frequently, however the balance is still required by these dates. 

Payments can be made via:

• Cash

• Electronic Funds Transfer

• Credit Card (via Pay Pal) - applicable fees and charges (additional 2.6%).

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Deposit are non-fundable after 24hrs for change or mind or change of circumstances that may prevent you from coming. Deposits are used to secure bookings at the time of payment. For this reason it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance in instances where circumstances (life changes, financial changes, illness, death etc) change and prevent you from attending or if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control.

 

Cancellations prior to 31st October 2019

• Cancellation Charge: 100% of Deposit Non Refundable, all additional money paid are refundable

Cancellation prior to 30th November 2019

• Cancellation Charge: Deposit Non Refundable, 50% of additional money paid is refundable.

 

Cancellation after 1st January 2020

• Cancellation Charge: All money paid is non refundable, however you may wish to transfer you place to someone else. This is organised and executed solely by the participant. Please note that the new participant must be the same sex as the previously booked participant. They must also be over the age of 18 years.

Retreat starting and concluding time:

 The retreat will start at 2pm.
It is recommended that you fly in the day before, however is this is not possible you can still arrive in Ubud from Australia on the jetstar flight JQ057 and make it to the resort by around 2pm.  It is approximately 2 hrs by private care from the airport to the resort.
The retreat will finish at 10.30am on 27th, again to allow for those people who will fly out that day on JQ058 at 2.50pm. Virgin and other carriers also offer additional flight but you will need to book extra nights as they don't coincide with the retreat starting or finishing times.

 

Changes to advertised Itinerary:

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to weather and/or participant needs. The itinerary is always inspired by spirit and as such is subject to change based on the need of the group. Please note that the accommodation is subject to change should the booking become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance similar accommodation will be provided as a substitute.

Dietary Requirements:

Please note that will every endeavour will be made to comply with any dietary intolerance's or allergies, these cannot be guaranteed. If you have a food allergy please speak with Samantha before booking.

You will also be added to the closed facebook group and email list where we can get to know each other better before travelling on this incredible and soulful journey.
