  • Early bird (Prior to 11.11.17) is $3499 twin/triple/quad share per person. Your place can be secured with the payment of the Early bird deposit of $1000 (Prior to 11.11.17). After this earlybird period expires the normal price of the trip will be $3799.

  • Your place and early bird price is secured on payment of your deposit.

  • Twin/Triple/Quad Share (after 11.11.17) is $3799 per person and is secured by payment of deposit of $1250.

  • Single Supplement accommodation, meaning single occupancy will be at an additional cost of $850 for the duration of the trip. Should there not be single accommodation at AFC then the single room option can still be purchased for the 4 nights prior for $650.

  • There are limited spaces available which also depends on the availability at AFC. These courses are very popular and tend to book out a year in advance. Your deposit secures your place at AFC.

Trip Inclusions:

  • Four nights Accommodation (twin/triple share, unless single room is purchased at additional cost - price on application) at quality hotels (rated 3 or 4 stars). 

  • One week of residential AFC Tuition, Accommodation (shared) and all Meals at AFC

  • All entry to Historic & Sacred Sites (as listed on itinerary) including Stonehenge (afterhours access to Stonehenge- pending approval*) and Chalice Well.

  • All transfers from Heathrow Airport Hotel (start of the tour) and return to London.

  • Rituals, Meditations and Sacred Ceremony designed to strengthen your soul connection and connection with Spirit in preparation for Arthur Findlay College.

  • Private vehicle transfers around England to and from the Sacred Sites.

Not Included:

  • Airfares to London

  • Pre or post accommodation

  • Transfer from Airport to Hotel

  • Meals unless specified

  • Tipping of Bus Driver

  • Travel Insurance (recommended) 

  • Additional Excursions (if applicable)


Payment Plans are available, however, there are strict due dates for minimum balance payments as shown below:

  • First Installment: 35% of the balance (in addition to the original deposit) needs to be paid by Friday 1st December 2017.

  • Second Installment: 30% of the outstanding balance needs to be paid by the balance to be finalised by Friday 2nd February 2018.

  • Final Installment: Remaining Balance needs to be paid no later than Friday 30th March 2018.

Payment plans are available, to pay in smaller installments more frequently, however the balance is still required by these dates. 

Payments can be made via cash, Electronic Funds Transfer or bank cheque. I do not accept Pay Pal payment due to their policies and charges (unless you assume the applicable fees and charges). 

Cancellations & Refunds


Deposit and Installments are non-fundable after 24hrs for change or mind or change of circumstances that may prevent you from coming. Deposits are used to secure bookings at the time of payment. For this reason it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance in instances where circumstances (life changes, financial changes, illness, death etc) change and prevent you from attending or if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond control.


Cancellations prior to 30th November 2016

  • Cancellation Charge: 50% of Deposit Non Refundable, all additional money paid refundable

Cancellation prior to 22nd January 2017

  • Cancellation Charge: Deposit & First Installment Non Refundable, any additional money paid is refundable.


Cancellation prior to 25th March 2017

  • Cancellation Charge: Deposit, First & Second Instalment Non Refundable, any additional money paid is refundable.


Cancellation after to 25th March 2017

  • Cancellation Charge: All money Non Refundable.


Accommodation will be twin/triple/quad share. Accommodation at Arthur Findlay College will be allocated by the College and not by Samantha Gillard. Although a request will be lodged for participants to share this cannot be guaranteed.


Single Supplement accommodation, meaning single occupancy will be at an additional cost of $850 for the duration of the trip. Should there not be single accommodation at AFC then the single room option can still be purchased for the 4 nights prior for $650.


Changes to advertised Itinerary: 

Please note that the itinerary is subject to change due to weather and/or participant needs. The itinerary is always inspired by spirit and as such is subject to change based on the need of the group. Please note that the accommodation is subject to change should the booking become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance similar accommodation will be provided as a substitute.


Application has been made to receive private access to Stonehenge and Chalice Well Gardens, however approval is still pending. Should this not be available then public access will still be granted.

Dietary Requirements:

Please note that there will be an additional charge by AFC for provision of special diets. The accommodation charges include the provision by the College of its standard or vegetarian meals only, in accordance with the scheduled daily menu. Please check with the College management if advice is required. 


Additional charges are made to cover any additional foods that may be needed but in all cases are charged due to the increased kitchen staffing needed to prepare special diets. The list of special diets is not exhaustive but include; Vegans, Gluten Free, Celiac's and is charged at $90 per person. This will be at your own cost.


Arrival in UK:

It is highly recommended that you arrive in the UK at least two days prior to adjust to the time zone difference and possible jet lag. This will ensure that you get the most from the trip without feeling too jet lagged.  It will also factor in any aircraft or flight delays. Please let Samantha know if this is your first time travelling abroad.
